The kit has everything you need to get you started including a spring-loaded angle-poise microphone boom and pop shield. Simply connect the supplied USB lead to your PC and off you go (no additional drivers or installation needed). The mic does not require a mixer or phantom power to work, it is powered by the PC over the USB lead.
