The vast majority of our orders are sent via DPD. For smaller items, we occasionally use Royal Mail.

Normally orders made before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Our normal delivery service is Monday-Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery it is available in most areas but it is more expensive. Call us and we can try and arrange this for you.

All credit card numbers are encrypted and never held in clear text.

We do not share you information with any 3rd parties other than those involved in the normal processing of your order, eg, payment processing, courier etc

At Red5 Audio we only sell our products directly to our customers via the web. That means great prices and great service but it also means you can’t “try before you buy”. That’s why we’ve come up with our “14 Day Trial” promise . . . .

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we’ll give you a refund.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited the amount originally charged for the returned item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item

The 14 Day Trial Promise is over and above the 1 year warranty that we offer on every microphone.

If, in the extremely unlikely event, you do want to return your mic then rest assured that we mean what we say- “No Quibble, No Fuss”. We deal with every customer transaction with the utmost professionalism. You don’t even need to give us a reason for returning your purchase (although we do highly appreciate any customer feedback). All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition.

We ship orders all over the world using well respected international couriers such as DPD and UPS.
