Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling At Red5 Audio, we use City Link for all our UK deliveries. We will, in due course, issue you with a tracking number at which point you can track your order via City Link's website - www.city-link.co.uk

Orders outside of the UK are sent by TNT. Once you receive your tracking number from us, you can track your order at www.TNT.com

Delivery Schedule All orders received Monday - Friday before 1.30 pm will normally be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm will normally be despatched the following business day.

UK orders are despatched on a next (business) day delivery service. European orders should be receieved in 5/7 working days from date of despatch. Rest of World order should be received in 7/14 working days from date of despatch.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added, unless you have a valid VAT number. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee At Red5 Audio we only sell our products directly to our customers via the web. That means great prices and great service but it also means you can't "try before you buy". That's why we've come up with our "14 Day Trial" promise . . . .

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited the amount originally charged for the returned item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item

The 14 Day Trial Promise is over and above the 1 year warranty that we offer on every microphone.

We deal with every customer transaction with the utmost professionalism. You don't even need to give us a reason for returning your purchase (although we do highly appreciate any customer feedback). All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition.
